Hello All:
I finished Session 3 quite a few days ago, and it was a struggle to stay focused,and keep my journal,and the daily schedule.I took a few extra days,and then decided to move on to Session 4 which I have not done yet.I am not keeping up on my relaxation tape or anything.I have not been feeling all that anxious. On a scale from 1 to 10 it has been about a 2 or 3,but it seems to have been a let down after Session 3.No motivation.Does anyone have any suggestions,or tools that keeps them motivated.
I Need Motivation
On lesson 3 at the end it mentioned that people are tempted to "pause". My workbook maybe different(older version) but it was page3-14. I found the next lesson great. Gave me lots of insights about my expectations and how they were driving a lot of my feelings. Wish I could tell you something for motivation but I just pushed through.( I got stuck later on)
