I'm really happy for you ! I feel excited about everything I've learned so far in this program also. I think it's a great program and makes so much sense. My husband even enjoys listening to the C.D.'s and he doesn't even get anxious the way I do. Have a great trip ! jkulag

I can relate so well to what you are dealing with. I allow other people's moods to affect me, too. Something I was taught that helps is called DETACHMENT.
