I'm really happy for you ! I feel excited about everything I've learned so far in this program also. I think it's a great program and makes so much sense. My husband even enjoys listening to the C.D.'s and he doesn't even get anxious the way I do. Have a great trip ! jkulag

I can relate so well to what you are dealing with. I allow other people's moods to affect me, too. Something I was taught that helps is called DETACHMENT. Basically it's about recognizing your own moods or thoughts first and not adopting someone else's. It takes practice. It helps me to imagine an i...
