Does anybody know about the color Green?

I have CD 8, but don't recall hearing anything about the color green. Can anyone fill me in? Paislee

whenever you face your limitation think of the color green while you tense your fists or when you visualize facing your limitations.

Try playing Pool... the tables are usually green and the game is actually quite calming...

okay fill me in on this green thing? Its not on my session 8 CD. Is it on the VHS tape? I haven't watched it yet?

Green is a relaxing color. When I went to a lab for my gemology studies we spent all day looking at diamonds under microscopes and the teachers told us to look at the color green when we felt our eyes were too strained. It relaxes the retinas and makes you think of nature. It's all about relaxation.

Where did this green idea come about? Was it from 'Attacking Anxiety'?
