Hello, I just started the program sunday and excited, nervous and skeptic at the same time, but remaining patient. I've started exercising lightly and eating better, sugar is going to be hard as will be soda. I might finish the 1st session early as they said you can if you feel you are good at realizing what anxiety is. I think so, I've been dealing with this for awhile....

I've tried the relaxation CD at home, it would be nice if this was online for members somewhere. Maybe I can make a copy for work and other locations.

I did lesson 1, was wondering if its just audio only and not a video.

My final question at this point is about starting a journal as they suggest. Has anyone else done this on computer. Seems like it might be easier, but I wonder if you get as much out of it.

I hope this support forum is a good experience. Hope to help some others as much as I hope to receive.

I have a blank journal and pen by my computer and have filled 80+ pages since getting it on Valentine's Day, as my husband suggested I do. I chose to keep it inspirational and positive. I love it and love writing in it. Scriptures and encouragement fill it, and I can flip back through if something pertains to another's message. Beverly

I write slower than I type. When you journal in writing it helps to slow your thoughts down -which in turn slows your actions down. This is one reason why it is good to write. On the other hand, you are still journaling when you type it on the computer.

It's a choice you make as to what your needs are.
