You need to barter the price more! Tell them to remove the seats and that you plan on using a Futon for guests. When you are not getting the price say "look, take out the steering wheel cause the way I drive when I have a panic attack no one will notice a difference."

Get off that flimsy little guilt and worry treadmill and upgrade to the guilt and worry nuclear reactor - you get much more 'bang for your buck' that way.
