Lynda, in my experience being hard on myself always ends up being counterproductive and is just a way of keeping my parents with me that serves me poorly. I'm glad you are looking at not doing your TEA forms daily as a setback rather than a failure. Progress is full of bumps and expecting it to be smooth sailing all the way just makes it easier to give up when we encounter difficult times.

I really must get back to working on the program again soon.
I actually find myself missing it as part of my daily life.
My brain has been in the resting mode for about a month now.
I think my brain has rested enough  .

Good for you Lynda. I have always found progress comes in the doing and that's why I have stuck with the TEA forms for so long now. I never imagined I'd be doing them, but it's a small investment that has paid big dividends for me :P

CBT and/or the Sam Obitz book? Hope you had a great Easter.

I did CBT through the book by Sam Obitz and could not be more thankful I stuck with it. The TEA forms work great but you have to stay on top of them. I still do them several times a week to this day because I don't ever want to go back to how I used to feel. :!:

I just ordered this book at the author's website, tao3.com for $12.95. First I went to Amazon, where they are selling it for over $50 for a new book. A reviewer recommended ordering it from Sam Obitz's website, and sure enough, he's selling it for much less. I just ordered it, and have not received it yet. If I have problems with the website, I will post them.
