Chaplin sang it best:
Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though it’s breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you’ll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You’ll see the sun come shining through for you

Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That’s the time you must keep on trying

Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

Stagerlee,

This was absolutely hilarious, and for THIS female, personally, so hilarious, because it DOES resonate with all the "common sense/logic" that it has. I can't tell you how many of these actually applied to me, but after reading it , I had to stand up and see if I WAS sporting any actual arrow wounds, or bullet wounds to my body!! ROTFLOL!

And I do have to admit, that laid out in this manner; even for a female, you can't refute the utter directness, and simplicty of the logic herein. And I could still laugh myself silly, knowing it!

So thank you for sharing this with us all, who greatly need some laughter, and levity in our lives. And I hope that you don't mind, but I ccp'ed it to several of my male friends, so that they could get a real chuckle; and also know that I will be facing a lot of genuine "ribbing" probably, for the next several weeks. But it will be worth it!

Oh, and I am, of course, going to send it on to my version of a "female posse" as well, Very Soon!

Lynn Luv

I got a good laugh out of this... I can't tell you how many times I check my pulse and re-assure myself I won't die. You do feel better knowing you aren't the only one out there with these feelings.

You know you have panic disorders when, you dont want to get up and go to the bathroom because your afraid everyone is watching you or you might fall over.

Daaahhh!! That's me at the movie theater. I'll really need to go, but I'm afraid I'll trip in the dark, and afraid I won't be able to find my seat right away and will have to lurk around in the dark looking for my seat with everyone watching.

This was my first foray into this site....and I can identify with almost ALL of these!!! I especially like the List one...my husband constantly refers to me as the "listmaker" at home...not only do I make the list...I have to re-catagorize and re-organize and re-write the thing at least three times!!!

-When you do take a pill, any pill, you cut it in half, and sometimes in quarters, just to make sure you're not taking too much.
I still take baby aspirin because I don't want anything that is too strong or involves swallowing a pill. When I have to swallow a pill it takes heavy concentration before I can get it down. :D

When I had bronchitis, I asked my doctor to prescribe me with something in liquid form. He said, "If you can swallow a steak, you can swallow a pill." He was right. He got me there.

Thanks for sharing all of those fears. It helps make things easier! :)
