Ya know, Nelly, I think it's just as well that you didn't get that mansion. I believe if you look closely, you might just see bars on the windows of that place - kinda like the ones on Steven's "palace."

Let's check with Rene' - maybe her cabana boy in overalls can clean this new place up!
