Teresa W, Give the TEA forms a try for a month or two and if you do them everyday I think they will ease your anxiety about public speaking. It's usually the way we are thinking which is usually blown out of proportion that causes the anxiety and if you catch those thinking errors and correct them it will probably help you a great deal.
