Today was my last day of work for the weekend ! This weekend is going to be all about my health. I'm going to do my riverwalk Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I want to go back to work on Monday feeling good. I haven't been as good to my health as I should be. Over the past month, I've improved that steadily. This weekend, I want to kick it into high gear. This year is all about my health. I want to be at my goal this year. I don't care if I reach my goal on December 31st. I want to hit my goal this year.
Work ended off on an excellent note. What an awesome way to begin the 3 day weekend.
