Searunner ! - I get in those quiet moments a lot. A good portion of that quiet time has to do with work related stuff. I find that sometimes I have to force myself to log in and type away, but once I do, I find that cloud lift a bit.
....and thanks to you I had Danke Shane (or however it's spelled) going thru my head all day yesterday. It was one of those times I wish my brain had an off switch.
THH - You understand what it's like to own an old house ! I have everything pretty much the way I want it. I've been here 15 years and one day, I'll just sit and enjoy the place instead of working on it all the time. I had to rewire the place because it had all of the old wire running thru it. Luckily all of the pipes were pretty new. I'll be working on the bathroom again this weekend. Home Depot is rolling out the red carpet for me now ! LOL

Ok...I do believe this qualifies as a motivational tune......and one of my favourite bands (They're not 80's either - well actually they had an album in the 80's - a good one at that - maybe 2 albums in the 80's - although I think that it was only one - sorry about the rambling LOL)

Yep, I do understand. We have done lots of work in our old house. It has so much charm, we have hardwood floors, and some are bowed pretty good. You don't want to roll a marble in our house! I do like it. I've been here sense 93. We moved in Memorial weekend, and it was! We started dumping money into it the day we woke up! LOL... Its a great house though.
Have fun with your bathroom! I too had Danke Shane in my head for a day after hearing it! LOL...Thanks Jamie! LOL...
It made me think of motivating things. By the way I never knew the words to "more than a feeling" I'm glad you posted it! I liked that song better than I did! LOL...
