Halloween night?
Help us create more anxiety from all of those horror stories
dress up in any type of medication you love to take for anxiety
or
dress up anything that will create more anxiety for other people?
Candies yes bunch of chocolate hey you David and Rene better start loading 10 uhauls of candies and choc!

Well, I'm not sure I'm quite ready for fall or Halloween yet - I'm just about to go on vacation! 
I'm heading up to the north shore of Lake Superior to practice my relaxation skills. I have my relaxation tapes and CDs, my anxiety books, my medication, and everything else that I just might maybe possibly need crammed into a bag (well, maybe more than one bag
). I plan to relax and enjoy myself. Wish me luck! Here's a picture of the inside of the house we rented.

It's on a lake with a dock and a boat. And - bonus about where I'm going - they have all kinds of homemade FUDGE eveywhere. It's what I live for!! So, I'll bring back the UHaul full of fudge. Rene' and Nelly - you need to help me come up with a plan to keep this stuff locked up so those GUYS don't get into it! :p
See all you campers in a little over a week. I'm going to be totally unplugged!
