Dear ladies, we can support each other to find the time for what can help. For now I'll speak to meditation again. Whatever time we can devote to it will yield its rewards, slowly and gradually. It becomes a habit, routine.

In a sense we are rewiring our mind. Not so easy to do and takes patience. They are moments with ourself to find peace within ourself, to praise ourself, to like and love ourself. And these good feelings cannot help but spread to those around us. It takes work, as does the program. The payoffs can be big.

Today my motto is "Go with the Flow." Friday I usually go to the gym, but felt so un-energetic yesterday I did not go. It was the right decision: adapted as I needed to. Never skipped meditation, but did not exercise as usual. Meditation was enough; meditation is magic.

What a great motto to have. Glad you got your meditation in. We all have those days sometimes. Good for you for taking care of yourself, instead of pushing yourself and feeling like you "just have to". I missed my yoga yesterday also. Normally this would have brought me down. But I know that I'm trying I didn't not do it just cause I didn't want to. And its OKAY!!!
