Jillzmind,
TEA forms are the exercise featured in the book that is this threads title. They work really well if you do them daily.

Karen,
You cannot buy it in a book store. You can order it from Sam Obitz's website,
www.tao3.com. I think it cost me about $16.00 in all. It is a small book, has large print and reads fast. Good luck to you!!

Glad you didn't mind and thanks for answering for me while I have been absent here. I hope everyone is doing well?

I have been using the counter for a few weeks now to try and help with catching my negative thoughts to counter and it is making me more aware of ones I was not aware of and has helped me come up with more new thoughts to counter in the TEA form, so thx for that advice. I have not tried the other counter exercise yet because i only have one counter on my watch. Do you do both at the same time or switch back and forth? Seems like it would be too confusing to do both at once?
No don't try doing both nat the same time. By now you probably do not need help in catching the problem thoughts so try the other counter exercise and I bet you will experience a lift in your mood. Lret me know how it works for you?

Thanks man. I will give that a try and let you know how it works for me. Appreciate it. How long do you have to do it before you start seeing results?

I agree with this advice. Too hard to do two pretty much opposite things at the same time. Let us know how counting the things you are doing works for you. I think it will give your moods a boost

Thanks Lilchrissy and JR5.
I was really surprised how well the counter method works at lifting my moods. It seems so ridiculous that something so silly works. I was almost embarrassed clicking positive stuff I did off the first day but lo and behold I felt better as the day wore on. Thabnks for pushing me as this is another weapon for my arsenal against my anxiety and stress

You're welcome. Sometimes it's the most simple things that work the best
