I think that is a great idea. I love music also and one of my counselors said i should put together a playlist and listen to it whenever I am feeling off. I put "Stronger" by Kelly Clarkson, "It's A Great Day to Be Alive" by Travis Tritt,"Alright" by Darius Rucker, "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey, "I Am Woman" by Jordin Sparks, "What Makes You Beautiful" by One Direction, "Reality" by Kenny Chesney, "Breathe" by Michelle Branch, "I Run to You" by Lady Antebellum and some others. When my counselor told me to do this, I went duh! Why didn't I think of that haha
Hope they help.
