cornflower - i am so glad you enjoyed the song! i really like torch songs, blues and jazz.

there was just something about that one - why do you want to change me now (or whatever the title is LOL) that really spoke to me. i've been in relationships where the "real" me was what appeared to attract the person only to be told farther into the relationship i need to change this or that about myself.

needless to say, those who want to change me to suit their wants and needs are no longer around. i change for me - and nobody else! i like the who of me!!!!!!

Oh, wow, I've never heard Fiona Apple sing either. Her voice totally reminds me of Zooey Deschanel.

thanks for posting Fiona's song. I really
enjoyed it. She almost reminded me , or this song reminds me of something Judy Garland would have sang or Rosemary Clooney. So rich and lovely.

Good evening all !!!!!

Good news ! For the past few weeks, my furnace was making a loud noise that kinda went like "gung gung gung gung gung" only real fast. I thought I was going to need a new furnace. Just to let you know, if you furnace goes "gung gung gung gung gung" real fast, it could just be a clogged air filter. Just got back from Home Depot (yes...we have Home
Depots in Canada LOL). For 14.99, I repaired my furnace. Now it's as quiet as a mouse. Lesson learned. Clean the filter !!!!!!!!

Today was a very productive day. No one bothered me and I got my work done. Tomorrow and tomorrow night, we're supposed to get 5 to 10 inches of snow. Got the shovels ready and got the boots warmed up ! Bring it on !!!!!!!!!

That Fiona Apple song sound much different then her own Cd's. She has a really nice voice.
