thank you for the information I am definately interested, and plan on learning more.

I know this may not make sense to putting it here but something pulled me here. I thought I would like to share this thought with someone.

"Take the most difficult challenge you are

now facing and turn it into the greatest opportunity

to grow simply by changing how you see it.

Dead ends then become turning points."

I can't find this book "You Can Change Your Future Not Your Past" that you mentioned with the TEA forms - can you tell me how to find it?

Tea forms stand for Thought, Error, Analysis. You write the Anxiety causing thoughts down then identify which thinking errors the anxiety causing thoughts contain and then you analyze the thoughts and counter them with a more rational and objective thought. It seems to basic to work, but they really can transform the way you think and react to things. It's amazing how much I have changed for the better already.

The book I was referring to with the TEA forms is called Been There, Done That? DO THIS! by Sam Obitz. It says the thing you thought was the title on the back cover (You Can Change Your Future But Not Your Past) but that's not the name of the book.
