hi, can anyone tell me what tea forms are?

Tea forms stand for Thought, Error, Analysis. You write the Anxiety causing thoughts down then identify which thinking errors the anxiety causing thoughts contain and then you analyze the thoughts and counter them with a more rational and objective thought. It seems to basic to work, but they really can transform the way you think and react to things. It's amazing how much I have changed for the better already.Originally posted by lorraine b:

The book I was referring to with the TEA forms is called Been There, Done That? DO THIS! by Sam Obitz. It says the thing you thought was the title on the back cover (You Can Change Your Future But Not Your Past) but that's not the name of the book.Originally posted by Gayle L:
