Thank you for the encouragement Rev. Fred! Wanted to update that I MADE IT to the doctor last week ... I struggle with agoraphobia and hadn't been out of our neighborhood in months. Today I go in to get some blood tests done. The doctor's visit seems like a piece of cake compared to this one, but I'm sure I'll survive! Facing our fears is SO good for us - it shows us there is really nothing to be afraid of ... although it can be SO uncomfortable!
