Hi Brian,(right)? I,ve been all over the place!I,m like a kid in a cany store. Reading other peoples stories lets me know I,m not alone,reading responses is so heartwarming.I can actually feel the love and concern people have for one another;it,s genuine.And if it isn,t necessarly sound advice you can offer a person you can send a word of encouragement.What a great place to have the opportunity to open up and share your heart.I have to admit, the,get ready......annonimity(don,t have dictionary on hand)is a plus.It,s why we feel free to open up as we do.

hey big-al. i have this problem also, but i go a step farther. i sometimes wonder if God is real.... i KNOW He is real. i would stake my life on it, but then sometimes, i wonder. i think of real reasons why He is not real. when i do this, then the guilt starts pouring in. i have to reasure myself that He is real and that He loves me unconditionaly.

maybe this program will help me stop doing this. i hope so.

Good morning to all,

I had a rough time getting up this morning, but the great thing is that God watched over me during the night to bring me safe to this great new day. Even if my broken down body, feels bad when I first start to get up, it is like an old beat up piece of machinery, the more I move, the smoother the movement of the parts gets.

Praise Him when you rise, Praise him as you move, sing a simple, energetic song, like:

What a mighty God we serve, What a mighty God we serve. Angels bow before Him heaven and earth adore Him, What a mighty God we serve. He is the King, of kings, He is the Lord of Lords. His name is Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Oh... He is the King. I will enter His gates with Thanksgiving in my heart, I will enter His gates with Praise. I will sing Alleluia, for this is a day the Lord has made... Then back to the top, What a mighty God we serve...

You get the picture. It is a medley I weave of several joy and praise that can only put joy and energy into your day. If anyone thinks you are going nuts, well nuts to them, don't let them steal your joy.

Okay now that I got that out of the way. On another thread there was a discussion regarding dealing with faith in the face of anxiety and depression. I was involved in a spirited commentary that involved rebuking the devil (the demon of disorder) and something wonderful happened that should prove to a lot of doubting Thomas' (aren't we all Thomas' anyway?) that God is in control. Coincidence you say. That is the way it happens for me everyday. Believe it! Anyway, it really puts excitement and joy in my heart. Here is the thread:

BTW, I am on working on week 4 and it is very good. But I am of the opinion that when it comes to the things of God my approach is to have Great Expectations:

and He will leave you speechless, so what else can I do but Dive in. Oh yeah, I feel great! hey, all I am doing is sharing my Joy and trying as best I can to put that joy in your heart that God wants you to have. Cast your worries and cares on Him, and LIVE!

Live the life of joy that God wants you to have, but I can't make you go to these links. You have to DIVE IN. Then once you do, and say whatever, just do it! Be still and know that He is God . Amen?! then He will leave you SPEECHLESS!

If you only knew what it is to live with a anuresym, you know that you have only 7 minutes to be rescued if it should burst. So how are you going to live your next 5 minutes?
