how are you? are you doing the program too? are you also responding the lightheaded/off balance thing? I have not had an MRI, i am trying not to freak out and go get one. i had bloodwork in March that was totally normal, although they weren't looking for anything. when you are sleepless, do you feel worse?

I have this lightheaded sort of dizzy feeling often. Some of it is because I take paxil, and it is a side effect for me, but some of it is the anxiety itself. I know my anxiety is worse when I am hungry and EVERYTHING is worse with insomnia. I hate being so spacey, but I try to think that it is not hurting me, and I can really function OK, so there are worse things. It is hard not to focus on it when it is something related to your perceptions.

Thanks so much. I don't take meds. Once in a while i take a 1/4 of an anti-anxiety before bed. I am just so sick of feeling sick! Yesterday, i thought i had beat this thing, and now i feel like i have to run to the doctor! I am really working on the lesson 10 skills today and trying not to freak out and call a doctor.
