Hello fear not.

Try to stop thinking about what you and your children are missing out on. I use to do that, too. That negative thinking only holds you back and makes you miss even more. Forgive yourself for not being able to do everything you want with your children. You can't help not being able to do a lot of things right now. You'll make it up to them when you're better. :)

Use those four days to do the things you need to do for yourself, that you haven't gotten around to doing. :)

Hi Craw.

Lucinda didn't overcome anxiety without this program. She said the program consists of EVERYTHING she did to overcome her anxiety. Therefore, she did the program too. I have the old program, and in it when she talked about the book, "From panic to power", she said that it is to compliment the program but doesn't take the place of the program, and that you need to have the whole program.

:( Well, I'm doing it to myself again! I'm literally afraid to start the course. Sounds dumb and I'm enjoying the relaxation cd and the quick start dvd, but its just getting started with the course. Why am I doing this to myself?

Deedee, it really is bothering me that you think you HAVE to have the program to conquer this, I am sure it's easier but don't you think you're also lowering the hope of others who can't have it?
