Hey Jamika,
How is the job going now?Still not back to work for me yet. Not even 1 day. That and flying are my biggest challenges... How did you do it?

Isn't it interesting how when we have an external purpose like a job to go to that it changes our perspectives? You can do more than you think you can and have proven that you can do it. It beats the heck out of sitting around and obsessing anxiety all day at home! I'm getting ready to reenter the workforce again myself and I do feel the nerves. Thanks for being an inspiration to me!

You don't know me but I just completed my first week of work. It was a little challenge, but I did it with God's help.

congrats! I am truly happy for you! Its hard to be able to do that and you just proved that you can push yourself BEYOND your own limits! Now think of all the other great things you can do!!

Congratulations!!! Remember to write down ALL your victories (Big and small). Our scare voice tends to have an eraser. When you write down your victories you can look at them often and this builds confidence and also "kills" that scare voice.
