I know this is an old post, but I can relate to almost all of these. And yes, it made me laugh. Thank you.

Quote "You know you have anxiety when you put on half a can of Deep Woods off to mow the lawn because you don't want to catch West Nile Virus from a mosquito !!!"

You know you have anxiety when you are AFRAID to put on Deep Woods Off because it might kill you.

I figure West Nile has been around for centuries, but Deep Woods Off probably is full of chemicals that will give you Altzheimers or worse! (I quit using regular deodorant two years ago!). I buy all organic, and I have three day headaches because I'm afraid of pain meds including over-the-counter ones!

However, I'm on Session 3, and I actually went to a friend's house yesterday that was a 1-1/2 hour drive from my house. I even stayed until after dark and drove home at 9:30 pm! I AM ON MY WAY!

You know you have panic disorder when:

trying to face your fears, you join the church choir and sing with them at the Christmas Concert. You realize later, in the videotape of the concert, that you are the only person swaying back and forth the entire 40 minutes.

Any swayers out there? I am a back of the neck-grabbing, swaying, pulse and blood pressure monitoring wacko!

I am a swayer as well, although I've attributed it to my supinated feet instead of anxiety. It's probably both.

Glad I'm not alone. :)

Does anyone ever look for their cell phone while you are holding it in your hand?

Ever wonder where your reading glasses are and then realize they are up on top of your head?

Ever wonder what you just said?

Snort Out Loud = SOL! Um. Yes.

You know you have panic disorder:

When you don't exercise for fear of raising your pulse.

(because we all know how dangerous it is to have a raging pulse, right?) (<-- note sarcasm, in case you don't know, I'm sarcastic. That's my disclaimer).

HAHAHA... I can relate to a lot of this. For a time I wouldn't even take something for a headache!
Here's another
You know you have anxiety when you get a headache and think you going to die of an brain hemorrhage because your grandmother did!
