Any medication you take, should be discussed with your doctor, whether prescription or natural.
If you are already taking a multivitamin, dont take extra. Ive heard many good things about Good Days vitamins, but everyone is different.
They show everything that is in the vitmains, each one, and they do have warings on the sleep tablet.. here is the website..
Lots of people take ginsing with no problem,, the first bottle you get free, so if you think you may have an allergy to any of them read the label,, or look at the site StressCenter.com made for them..

The ginseng also gave me heart palpatations, another vitamin I was taking and I stopped for that reason, and that was written as a side effect.

I think it's funny were analyzing these pills when most of us used to drink so much caffiene and eat so much sugar? The burst from these pills is far healthier than the garbage we were pouring down our gullets. I asked my Doc he told me I don't know if it will help but it won't hurt.

Can you take this vitamins with your regular medication. I am taking Wellbutrim 150mg twice a day morning and afternoon, I am afraid to take the vitamin with my medication. If someone is taking it what time they recommend.
