It is just anxiety - no big deal.

I am comfortable

I am relaxed
I am peaceful
I am safe

Your husband sounds like the most wonderful man on the planet. You are incredibly lucky to have him.

Thank you for the positive affirmations and the idea to stick them on the walls. I think I'll have to do that tonight (having a not so great day).
