I have also used the Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds.. Excellent DVD. I do that one day and than do my treadmill the next,, Good luck.

Hello again. Thanks for the continued suggestions, everyone. I decided to start with the Leslie Sansone walking program and I like it so far. I might work my way up to trying something more adventurous like yoga, pilates or one of the dance-based programs.

You may wanna try one of the Denise Austin DVD s she is so positive and inspirational.A very sweet person too.Makes me feel good just listening to her.

Simmons is so much fun! I know it may seem outdated by some but it is a lot of fun. It gets me moving!
