Hi Maria and welcome. You will find this to be an excellent program and excellent people here too! :D I'm 58 and feel free to PM me about anything, anytime. I've completed the program twice. I still struggle at times but it's much better than it was.

New myself . Have been told I have depression , Bi-polar with mixed states , among others . Been on a list of medications with enough side affects for ten people .

I have had anxiety attacks for over 50 years , but until last year , didn't know what they were .

Since then , I have been on xanax and remeron with moderate success . The Xanax seems to help , but the Dr has already upped the dosage twice .

I hope that this course can help me feel normal w/o the need of medication . I like many hate to take meds . The Xanax helps but for how long and at what cost ? (side affects long term ) .

I can only hope that this works !!!!!

Hello Mariasue- I'm in my 50's and have gone thru the program 3 times (not because it didn't work but just because I wanted to). Haven't had a real panic attack in a very long time. No meds now. Not much anxiety either but still working on making changes and the resistance that comes up with those changes. Good luck and well wishes.
