you lay on a table and the give you a chemical called cholesystikinan. they place a camera over the gallbladder area. take pictures as the med passes through.
it was really a relaxing test where I had it done because it was in a dark room and they placed warm blankets over me. It was a soft table also. I wasn't anxious at all once it started going. I recommend it for a true diagnosis of your gallbladder.

I also had first test to come back normal. Kinda like a MRi?? but they injected some medication into my iv to see if my gall bladder would act up. It did. So it was removed. The pin size tube where the vile from the bladder excretes was plugged. i had no stones just a malfunctoning gallbladder
