I haven't watched the video yet, but I plan to. Thank you. I am starting to attend church services.

About Bankruptcy: EVERYONE suggests that. Bankruptcy does not apply to student loans.

I would have done it already.

It's 65K- all in Student loans, because I ignored it for years and the interest rate made it triple what it was to begin with. I have no other debt, No credit cards. We rent.

My husband owes a ton to the IRS. He was an independent contractor from his early 20s to early 30s and never did taxes. Now it's caught up with him.

We are learning to forgive ourselves for our mistakes, but it truly is easier said then done.

I pray for the wisdom to see the path we must take to be happy and become financially stable.

All kinds of people make all kinds of mistakes and wonder how their lives will ever change. I encourage both you and your husband to HAVE FAITH. As I said before, God will make a way when there seems to be no way. Continue to pray for wisdom. Read in the Bible the book of Proverbs. I know God will help. It may take a while but things will turn around. Please keep us posted.

I'm having money woes too.

My father is expecting a check and he needs it now, but it hasn't came yet and we need money badly. Otherwise...they'll be asking me.

And if that happens...I'm going to close my Savings Account.
