i take zyrtec . if benadryl works try taking ti at night time so you can sleep. Hydroyizine also works its a prescription though although it wont subside anxiety it will make you sleepy

i called whole foods market they also had something that is not ging to make you jittery

Maybe that s what I have but my throat is always tickling me and I think maybe I have sleep apnea, toowhich really freaks e out because that could be a serious breathng proble, or maybe my scary thinking, comments, pleaswhat are the symptoms like anybody, please explain.

Lots of drainage, gravelly voice in the morning and sometimes other times as well, sneezing. Stuffy head are some that I get.
