Ms. T Bones, You say it all so well. I too am a born again christian and realize that I wouldn't have made it this far without my saving grace, Jesus. I prayed for deliverance from my anxiety, but I guess my deliverence will come from this program and retraining my thoughts. Thanks for your encouraging words.

You will be just fine!!! Keep up your faith!!! You will overcome these panic attacks!!! You are more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ!!!
Do the program and ask the Good Lord's blessings upon it!!! You will succeed!!! God will help you because you are His very own child!!!
