Feeling of impending doom, won't be around much longer
Fear of dying/disease, particularly cancer, brain tumor
Pressure feeling in my head, jaw joints and temples and forehead
Goofy Eye, Vision issues, mostly right eye
Painful eyes, mostly left eye
Huge sinus infection, that I can't get rid of
Tingling Extremities and numbness, face, head and whole body
Clenching and grinding my teeth, causes tension headaches and eye pain
Sore neck muscles, really tight!
Shoulders hunched up around my head.
Jaw Pain
Bouncing my leg constantly
Eye Floaters
Emotional for no reason, I feel that I am too short with the kids, or too clingy. Depends on my mood. Mood swings.
Feeling scared all the time
Too much appetite

Jeez I really cant believe how similar the symptoms can be .
Right now I am obsessing about the emotional symptoms of anxiety . What does that feel like for others as well ?
Thanks Guys hope this is helping others feel more confident they are going through anxiety as well , since for some reason its the one thing I cant except

one of the great things about here is no matter what you post here and list as a sympton, no one is ever shocked or look at your weird. we have all done these things! (and for some reason it is comforting to know others do too)

I will try to name most symptoms, but may forget some since it's sooo many!

-rapid heartbeat
-dizziness
-sweaty hands, feet
-weakness/fatigue
-diahrrea
-no appetite
-no interest in any activities
-spacey feeling; out of it
-tired, falling asleep easily
-trouble swallowing, and feeling as though I may choke
-emotional feelings, crying a lot!
-sadness for no apparent reason
-fear of dying, fear of passing out
-fearful when I see or hear ambulances
-fear of hospitals
-tightness in chest, feeling as though I am not getting enough air
-back pain (doctor told me it was from being stressed and anxious)

The list could go on and on...

I have alot of the symptoms listed above and currently they are:
-fear of dying/having some underlying illness
-fear of passing out
-fear of choking
-a weird blackness that comes and goes over my eyes
-a sensation as if I am falling when standing
-vision disturbances
-feeling on edge all the time
-sleepy and it is really hard to open my eyes in the morning
