Worried Sick - I am also 31 and dealing with my first pregnancy. I hate the light headed/dizzy feelings as well. I also have a really difficult time with the feeling of not being able to breathe as well as the feeling that my shoulders are so tight they are being held up by my ears (and the tingling that follows). I'm surprised your OB is ok with you taking xanax... what's up with mine??? Did you get your allergy test results?

Are you ladies able to just take meds as needed? Lorazapem or also called adavan is not too bad to take during pregnancy if you don't abuse it. You can take it as needed for panic attacks.

Are any of you doing the program while pregnant or have finished the program?

I am an old mom -- 4 kids in 5 years. I had anxiety before any of them and didn't know this program existed.
I took Paxil thru all 4 pregnancies and nursings and 0 birth defects in the bunch. They are all there in body and mind and very talented and normal in every phase so far.
I don't have any grand proclamations other than exercise is awesome, eating whole foods and getting away from processed stuff is awesome, sleeping as much as you need, being outside in the fresh air and nature, and treasure all this time. It goes quick, but changes you forever.
