Hey guys!
I just sent all of you an invitation to a private topic. I was able to access it by going to main board "Stress Center" the the tab labelled "Go" then select "Personal Zone" then on into "Private Messaging"

I went through the program twice. The first time around was a real eye opener, but as Carolyn says, "I just didn't get it" (or parts of it). The second time around made me really look deep inside myself. I learned things about me that I never realized both times. It's kinda' like watching a complicated movie. The first time you don't grasp it all. The second time you grasp most of it, after that is gets easier.

Hello everyone. I have been doing really great went through the program twice, once with coaching support. I am having a "growth spurt"and I was thinking about restarting program. I wouldn't mind restarting with everyone, if that's ok?

Thanks, Crave! I could take all this credit for taking the initiative but this is a pretty cool pay off for me too! lol
I've added both you and bna to my buddies list and will be sending out another invite to a second private topic. I think we have a total of 9 or 10 now! However, I already started a topic titled "Coaching group - session Three". Since you weren't on the original invite list it won't allow me to add you to that topic. But, I've had 3 other people express interest so the others and I agreed to open a second "Session three" topic and get everyone invited. After that, we will wait until we start a new topic to let newcomers in. We will be starting a new topic for each new lesson every saturday. That gives everyone a week to do the work and chat and so on. So, without further ado, I will now send you an invitation!
