Stress Center Peer Support

Well here I am. I have completed the course once, and am starting over. I got alot out of it the first time around, but hope to get even more out of it this time.

I had a hard time settleing into the rythem last time so I hope this time I will be able to take the course at a better pace emotionally.

For those who are struggling just keep going. This course builds on itself, you can always go back to the earlier CD's, be patient. I think that was my main problem the first time around, I was not being patient enough with myself, I hope to correct that this time.

I'm starting the program over again too. I did it once before, but never finished because the anxiety was gone. But then I went through some major issues in my life, and it all came back, but I couldn't make myself do the program at that point. I've been living like crap for too long now, and am determined to conquer this.
