This is such fun to read, though challenging for you no doubt. Kids are so flexible and agreeable. At one time there was an article in the newspaper about a yoga class with kids and a picture of mom and little one doing Down Dog. It was the cutest thing I ever saw.
I probably just did Row, Row, Row your boat or Put Your Right Foot in, Right Foot out, etc. So you are way ahead of me at that time. There was a TV show, Romper Room, that I watched with them. We marched around and punched Punchinello. You can get exercise together, good for all. Now I have to do it alone wah, wah. (joking). Hope you have a good time with them.

Thank you for the link. It was interesting for me to see and hear, but I had to turn it off before it even ended. If I were to go on how I feel about this kind of music and display of a culture gone berserk (in my view), I might be banished. So I'll keep it to these few lines.

I had to giggle at your posting

I hadn't actually watched the video... just heard the words...

but I know what you mean... I guess being a little younger it was more "normal" as I was growing up. Although I think some have gone a bit way to far!!

Glad you giggled. There are generational divides not always taken with good humor. In truth I am not a great fan of modern culture and excess, as I see it, and expectations which, it seems, cannot help but cause problems for people.
Am always grateful I was able to raise my children in earlier, less frenzied times. Don't know how I'd cope nowadays. Hope all is well with you and your family.

Yes Family and I are doing pretty good. It's pretty neat as I can start to see changes in them also. I know it's not just me either. My mom came over for a little visit just the other day, even she stated she can see it. She was amazed at just how things went. How much calmer I have come with the kids, and how they are starting to listen the first time. (or close to it) That was a very nice moment. When someone else can see it also!! All the more reason to keep doing what I am doing.

Good for you. We are generally impatient and I think technology makes us more so. But faster and faster, more and more stimulation, is not always necessarily better. Just the opposite, in fact, at least in my view.
And what you and the program aim to do takes time, patience, and persistence and builds on itself. Nice going.
