And looking at the book review “From panic to power”
From what I gather, it is a series of books, and that each one focus on one problem or another
But every time I do a search it focuses on public speaking…not really my problem….my problem is more getting me into the group to DO the public speaking in which case I usually do fine with public speaking.
I say fine if I know I am doing it and given time to prepare note cards, or rehearse, OR being told I have to do it right before I have to talk in which case I come up with something, crisis mood works for me usually…. (Shrugs, weird)

Regardless did a search online for the book “From Panic to Power” in the county catalog search
(why it comes up with other books when I search for a specific book is beyond me) do exist
So now I just have to figure out how to ask the librarian for how to transfer a group, is that even possible. Guess I will find out. (Looks though purse for library card)

I hope you found some CBT resources and have given the exercises a try. Like so many including me have said the internet and your library have all the resources you need for little or no cost to you other than your time and effort
