It is better to consult with a psychiatrist. Even i had the same problem due to
college anxiety. I couldn't eat and sleep during my college days. I was so disturb. i have gone treatment under a good psychiatrist and now i am ok. It is a serious issue don't underestimate.

I hear you. I have had a decreased appetite since the anxiety has returned, but know that it will come back as the thoughts and feelings move away. The further you get into the program, the better you will feel. One thing that seems to help me is eating more, smaller meals, and trying to exercise to help relax me and to increase my appetite.

I just wanted to mention that the dialogue on 10-10 is phenomenal. It recommends reading it 10 times a day I have done it 4 today. The racing thoughts are so annoying so this helps us to replace with something positive. I like to say it out loud because my self esteem needs to hear it.
