Tired, weak, exhausted, anxious, restless, foggy, dizzy, and on and on...
Interrupted sleep is my main trigger for my anxiety. I wish I could sleep a full deep and restful 8 hours. You aren't alone. Practice some of the tips/ideas others have shared on this and other threads. We're in this together...

I don't feel so alone... I have 1/2 the energy I had two months ago. It's strange that anxiety can cause so many physical symptoms but day by day we will get stronger!
