Hey,

You can read a lot there about people (like myself) who have experienced this or are still experiencing it. The reason I'm pointing you to that thread is because I think it's helpful for people to get as much information on a given topic from one place.

i thought it was depersonalization, but then i researched it a little, and i feel like i can't relate to a lot of the stuff i've read. like looking in the mirror and not recognizing myself or feeling like i am watching a movie while watching all the things around me...i don't know. i guess it's different for everyone. thanks for your post!
