Michiganmom,
Very interesting! Thank you for that information. That kind of stuff interests me so much! Do you reccomend any good books on holistic healing?

Oh gosh...I have a full library of stuff being I've studied for so many years. One amazing book I could suggest that I use very frequently is 'Chemistry of Man' by Dr. Bernard Jensen. Louise Tenney has a number of herb books that I use regularly. I also have a number of essential oil books with one being a PDR of essential oils....like a Physicians desk reference for for oils. It's way cool. Glad to hear of your interest. Steven Horne has amazing classes. I've taken some of them with him teaching and also have done the home study courses too, but continue to take classes and plan to get my N.D. going one of these days....probably after this change of life anxiety departs all the way. Talk soon !!

You should start here and maybe buy a few of his books.

MichiganMom,
What do you take to help your liver; what is it called? Can you buy it at a drug store or pharmacy?
Thanks!

I am SOOOOO glad that someone else gets this I have noticed this for about 10 or 11 years and I have always been kinda freaked out by it. I am thankful that I am not the only one. I usually notice it on any bright flat surface and the ots like move or sparkle or something it's weird. I don't notice it on dark surfaces though. Is that normal?

Hi,
I don't get visual "snow", but for several years I've noticed blue flashes in my eyes. Some them are in front, some out at the corners of my eyes. I've been told they're optic migraine. Could the "snow" be a similar type of thing?

I've heard the same thing about optical migraines as well. You get what's called an aura before the headache starts. In my case, I lose a portion of my vision. One of my friends gets the pixelated vision.

Hey,
I've had visual snow since I was very young and blue flashes of light as I got older.
