Hi Ivy.. I was a teacher who taught an adult vocational class, I had to retire from that when my anxiety took over, But I did go back to school. I went to night school, 2 nights a week.. baby steps!

Look around for an adult education center or evening classes.. take a course that interests you.

I took Biology, Consumer Math, English Lit and English Trans... one at a time...

When my mind was being challenged it was alot easier to forget about the anxiety.. I did just fine! You will too!
