Wow! I want to say
THANK YOUX'S 10, for the lovely complements. What a great way to start FRIDAY - TGIF to all.
My husband has often told me, "I don't know all that the program entails - but it is the best money we have ever spent." I've also had my psychiatrist(who HAD heard of LUCINDA'S PROGRAM) also tell me, "keep doing that program. What I see in you is quite profound!" Then, to receive such lovely compliments fr folks/my friend here @ StressCenter.com - IT is humbling, a gift really & sincerely. It is very powerful.
To be given a 2nd chance @ life is a gift. To be given the chance to change your life & the means to MAKE THAT HAPPEN & the character to see it through - is beyond words. That is how I feel.
I was given the chance to change my life & in doing so(via my own experience & lessons learned), I was blessed w/ the GIFT to help/inspire/motivate others. When you come fr the darkest place that is the worst of anxiety disorder & YOU RECOVER fr it, you feel a sense of giving back - coming fr the deepest place of gratitude. You want to make a difference, though you don't know if you can. You want YOUR JOURNEY to serve a GREATER PURPOSE - 1 beyond just yourself & your own sufferings. You want to help others, even in the smallest of ways,(as you've also been helped) to change their lives - for the better. The fact that I am blessed to be given JUST THAT OPPORTUNITY - is a gift to me.
I tell ya guys, my StressCenter.com FRIENDS

, I will turn 40 yrs old on AUG 15. There is no mourning here w/ getting older, not w/ me. I want to celebrate. I've so much to be thankful for. Thank you all for helping me celebrate that. No, not just w/ your lovely compliments(they ARE nice, lol)- but to know I can
make a difference. To see your successes in all the steps y'all are taking on your own journey to recovery is celebration of LIFE & the power of the human spirit. A celebration for 1 is a celebration FOR ALL - for it creates a domino effect - the torch is passed on, so to speak, because then the next person can inspire/help/motivate others - THAT IS A DARN GOOD THING TO CELEBRATE don't ya think. Ok, so I've had a little coffee this morning & I'm feeling quite sappy, lol lol - that's me, LOL.
Again, thank you.
Your friend,
Lenore
