Greetings, I just received my program today and will watch the jump start tonight. I am excited, nervous, skeptical, and everything else. I hope to use the forum a lot, so I look forward to chatting with you all.

Uggh, I also have an appointment with a doctor this week and am worried he will recommend medication...I will not know what to say!

Maybe I should say no and give the program a try first...

Welcome! I can relate. I have ups and downs but the important thing is to remember the downs are temporary and the ups will be more frequent.

This is my third day. I am having trouble being motivated to listen to the CDs, watch the DVD, or journal. I cannot even think of decreasing caffeine, starting exercise, or eating healthy at this point. Am I hopeless?

Welcome all newbies!! I once was where you all are. I would be happy to help in any way. Yes it's normal to get upset at times. You're discovering things about yourself you might not have realized before. Be easy on yourself, kind and caring like you would be to someone else.
