Helpless what you say is right on, it stands to reason that maybe we need more sleep!
Lucinda often talks about the foggy, dreamy sensations under panic in the program.
She also talks about how we are prone to anxiety when we aren't well-rested.
I used to think, well, if I didn't get enough sleep, I would be really tired and feel a lot more relaxed all day and the anxiety wouldn't be as bad.
You would think it's that way, but in reality our minds can much better handle anxiety and other panicky situations when we have had a full nights' sleep or we at least are very well rested.
It is when we haven't gotten any or enough sleep that we have trouble and are challenged trying to get a hold of our emotional and physical peace of mind.
