Thank You Everyone
I am feeling confident about it and It's something
positive that I am doing for myself.
The exam is on Tuesday morning. I will be relaxed
I will try my best!

I'm beginning to anticipate this doctors appt
and my anxiety is getting worse.

Maybe I should cancel it?

Great job!!!!
I used to be afraid of Doctors because I was scare that they where going to tell me something bad.
But now is the opposite, I cant stay away from them,,,I keep going for reassurance that I am ok.

Try your hardest not to cancel. Just remember if any of those scary thoughts were to come true, your doctor's office is exactly where you would want to be. But of course they won't. I just know that having that thought in my head helped me get to my appointment. You'll be fine. Just try to distract yourself as much as possible prior to your appointment. And don't forget the relaxations cd. We are all behind you and rooting for you.

OK; The appointment is tomorrow a.m.
I'm trying not to get

- But It is good practice I am REALLY testing my relaxation and
positive thoughts!!!!!!!
I took my BP and it is normal I hope when they take it -it won't be high
OK why am I worried about this? This is so stupid
and is consuming my whole day.
OK I am NOT going to think about BP and I will
NOT obsess over it!!!!!!!!!!!
POSITIVE THOUGHTS allowed only!!!!!!!
