Stress Center Peer Support

~I am thankful I spent the night at Jake's mom's house last night. I can't believe I was actually able to fall asleep there. It has been such a long time since I've stayed any where, other than my house. I had a little bit of anxiety and contemplated going home in the wee hours of the morning, but the good lord saw me through it and I was able to get back to sleep.

~I am thankful that I was able to get my home office cleaned out today. It feels good to finally have all my paper work in order--just in time to do income taxes later this month.

~I am thankful that Jake survived New Year's at the Police Department. I thought this would be the busiest night of the year with DUI's, fights, etc. but it was relatively quiet. Glad he's okay and made it home from work on time without getting injured, or involved in an officer shooting.

~I am thankful that it is the New Year. It feels like a fresh start.

~I am thankful I finally ordered this program today. My anxiety and panic has been so bad lately that I can't even go to the grocery store without feeling sick to my stomach. I'm super stressed out on Sunday nights for fear of having to go to work on Mondays. I really hope this program will help me get this under control.
~I am thankful for God today.

~I am thankful that my Lucinda Bassett Combatting Stress and Depression Program kit arrived today! It's time to kick these negative thoughts and feelings and start feeling good again. I want to live in the front seat of my life. It is time to make like a rubber band and snap out of this anxiety!
