I actually went to the emergency room back in Oct. after that 5 day stint of not getting sleep, they did a blood test and my liver cell was fine, then about 3 mo later had another blood test and everything was fine. I have been sleeping pretty good in the past couple days

I just feel blah

Hi - I did and am going through something very similar. I was having terrible panic attacks and very anxious and now just feeling numb, void and blah and the panic attacks have gone away. Also have had issues with sleeping on and off. I too was wondering if it was hormonal.

It is a scary feeling to kind of just feel blah and not happy or sad. I would rather just "feel" something - it is almost worse than the anxiety. It's hard to accept that I may just be depressed now.

Anyway, I wish I could be more helpful but I just wanted to let you know you are not alone and someone else is feeling the same way.

You are in my prayers and I hope you are feeling better soon.

Melanie

Hi all,

I think this may reflect what I am reading from several of you:

Please try to listen to this album:

From the Prologue to Heart's Cry you will hear so much that will assure you that you are not alone.

He does, see you. He hears you, and cares for you. Additionally, every now and then, in my own small way, it does make me feel good that He has chosen me to do good works through me, even if I had nothing to do with the creation of these beautiful songs. at least, I can point you to them, and the rest is up to you.

You know.....

It's not uncommon to stop having panic attacks when extremely depressed. When a person is void of emotion and has misplaced their zeal for life, they adopt an "I don't care" mentality. (it's just part of depression really).

Thing is....to overcome panic.... you need an "I don't care" mentality!!

Understand?

When a person stops caring about panic - they don't panic. Panic only comes when you are afraid it will come.

What matters is that you encourage yourself daily! Take the time to accept how you feel. Don't stress over it but DO take the time each day to speak to yourself correctly.

Hang in there and don't give up!!

Did you say you have seen a psy. doc yet? I have bipolar and I guess not sleeping for days could be part of it. I don't have that problem, but it is a trait of it. They always ask me if I go with out sleep for days. You could go to the web and look at Bipolar sites.
Hope this helps.

Hi all,

I hope you are feeling better balance.

Sunset, that was beautifully said, and I can not add to that. I will take it with me though. That was really great!
