hi, just a quick reply to say i liked waht joe p said - that you are going to kick this anxiety in the ass--! my sentiments exactly. when i start looking at it that way, like anxiety is something tangible, that i CAN actually kick in the ass, it helps me...!
between all of us, we will really be able to destroy it, right!?

Dizziness..I know what you mean.. I spent half the summer going through dizziness..with me it seems when I don't get good sleep is when I get the dizziness symptoms more..I was even having it today..but I went right to the breathing steps and it does eventually dissipate..but it's very scary because I feel a spacey feeling too and I hate it..but I guess we just have to keep practicing our tools and praying that God will help us to become stronger through all of this
