Lunar: Thanks for helping me identify what's causing added anxiety in my life. This is the most dramatic election process I've been involved with ever. On my way to work I drove by some sign wavers on the corner who were supporting the same candidate as I do and it brought tears to my eyes. It felt bizarre to think that I cared THAT much when I never have in the past.
The good news is that there will be changes either way, but they will be gradual and not overnight. The campaign is about ideas, but the fate of the country is not left to just one person... there are checks and balances and others involved too.

I've not watched the tapes so can't offer advise (yet) but you might consider watching your thoughts about this anxiety and be careful to not make it more than it is (comparing to death, for example).

No need to apologize DeeDee, we are all in this together and we'll get through it together.

I'm sorry to hear of your losses but as you said, remember the good times and yes the pain will go away as time passes.

I got a little confused earlier, i started thinking that you and Lunar were the same person or related somehow but i guess this isn't the case.

I'm really sorry for your loss and i believe many people on this website can relate to how you are feeling right now. This is a very difficult time for yourself and I'm not suprised that you are getting those heart palpitations. This is to be expected and it will eventually pass. You really need to have you time right now. Leave the worldly stuff up to fate and your faith (if you have one).
